- 1 can (4 ounce) HATCH® diced green chiles
- ½ teaspoon chipotle powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 2 lbs (freshly grated) white cheddar cheese (may substitute yellow cheddar cheese)
