• 2 sticks butter at room temperature
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup hazelnuts
• 1-2 tablespoons cognac or brandy (optional)
• 3 tbsp. Nutella (optional)
• Coating:
• crushed Chocolate Waffles
• melted chocolate or truffles
• melted white chocolate
