• 1/2 cup chopped mixed olives
• 1/2 cup roasted red peppers drained, sliced
• 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 5 slices Swiss cheese
• 45g rocket
• 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced in rounds
