One-pan rocky road cake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 9 by 13 baking pan with a little bit of oil. Add flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and cocoa to greased pan.

- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2/3 cup oil (canola/vegetable)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 cup dried shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup caramel chips
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
