I don’t want this to come off dramatic but this Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe is amazing. The oat flour just makes it all.
Ingredients
- (285 grams) 1 ½ sticks of unsalted butter (room temperature)
- (285 grams) 1 ½ cups Light brown sugar
- (228 grams) 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Eggs (better if room temperature)
- 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- (485 grams) 3 ¾ cups All purpose flour
- (60 grams) ½ cup oat flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- Pinch Salt
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chip (or any chocolate of choice)
- Sea salt to sprinkle on top
