• 1 1/2 cups crushed almonds
• 1 cup UNSEASONED pistachios
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1¼ teaspoons ground cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
• PASTRY AND BUTTER
• 16 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into 1 inch pieces
• 1 lb (14x9in) phyllo, thawed
