- 1 cup ghee (Clarified butter) or butter
- + ¾ cup castor sugar
- Add 1 egg well beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Add Little crushed pecans (optional)
- Add 1 teaspoon crushed Elachi (cardomom)
- 1 level teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon dessicated coconut
- 2 tablespoon semolina
- Add +- 2 ¼ cups flour
- Sprinkle with grated white chocolate on top
