Ingredients

• ¼ kg curry mutton
• 1 teaspoon red chilli paste
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
• 2 carrots sliced or chopped
• ¼ bunch dhania (coriander) with little of the stems
• ½ cup mix veg
• ¼ green pepper
• 2 tomatoes cubed.
• ½ red onion peeled apart
• ½ teaspoon whole jeera seeds
• 1 teaspoon crushed dhana
• ½ teaspoon BBQ spice
• ¼ teaspoon haldi
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• Salt to taste
• 60g butter
• Salt and pepper
