Spicy Honey Lime Chicken

Ingredients

• 570 gm boneless/skinless chicken breast or thighs, sliced
• 3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
• 6 Tbsp honey
• 1 tsp lime zest
• 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
• 1 Tbsp veg oil
• 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1/4 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp oregano
• salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp cornstarch ( to thicken to glaze consistency), optional
