• 1/2 cup heavy (whipping) cream
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 5 cups confectioners’ sugar
• Red and blue food coloring gel
• 1 cup fresh blueberries
• 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
