• 1 Red Onion
• 1 Red Pepper
• 1 Orange / Yellow Pepper
• 2 x 15 oz cans of black beans
• 1 x 28oz can of Crushed Tomatoes
• 1 CUP Veggie/ Chicken/ Beef Broth
• 4 TABLESPOONS Chili powder
• 1 TABLESPOON Cumin
• 1/2 TABLESPOON Oregano
