• 2 TBSP Butter
• 2 cups Leeks, diced
• ¼ cup Flour
• ½ tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Garlic Powder
• ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
• ½ tsp White Pepper
• 2 cups Milk
• 2 cups Chicken Broth
• 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
• 1½ cups Vegetable Broth
• 1 head Cauliflower, cut into 1″ chunks
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 8 oz Velveeta, cubed
