• 1 1/2 lb (1/2 kilo) ground chicken
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• 15 small cubes of mozzarella cheese (about 1 inch square)
• 1/2 cup all purpose flour
• 2 large beaten eggs
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2 qt of oil for frying
