• 4 large egg whites
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 2 tablespoons 2% milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
