Ingredients

• 1 pound dry rotini pasta, uncooked
• 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 pound Italian pork sausage links, casings removed
• 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 pkg (6 oz each) fresh baby spinach
• 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cans (14.5 oz each) or 1 can (28 oz) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, undrained
• 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
