Orange Paradise Cake - Eat with Afia

Ingredients

• 3 oranges (blood orange, navel or cara cara work well)
• 1 cup of sugar
• juice from 1/2 lemon
• 1/2 cup of water
• 2 cups of All Purpose Flour
• 2 tsp of baking powder
• 1/2 tsp of baking soda
• 1 1/4 cups of plant based milk (soy or nut based milk)
• 1 1/2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 tsp of ground grains of paradise (refer to FAQ section for substitution info)
• 1/2 cup of oil (vegetable or olive oil work well )
• 2 tbsp apple sauce
• 1/4 tsp of salt
