this soup has incredible flavour, using our lemon pepper blend with shredded chicken, soy and sweetcorn, perfect winter warmer
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 325g tin sweetcorn
- 3cm piece of ginger, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 4 chicken stock cubes made into 1L
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
- Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
- Sesame oil to serve (optional)
- Dash of cooking oil
