  • 1 cup scent leaves (blended)
  • ½ cup uziza leaves (blended)
  • ½ cup ebewewe (wild spinach) or any extra greens
  • 500g goat meat (cut into chunks)
  • 1 medium stockfish head (cleaned)
  • 6–8 pieces snails (cleaned)
  • 1 medium dry fish (cleaned and deboned)
  • 1 cup mackerel (fresh or smoked)
  • 2 tablespoons crayfish (blended)
  • 1 tablespoon locust beans (iru)
  • ½ cup dry shrimp (optional but delicious)
  • 1 medium onion (blended)
  • 3 tablespoons blended pepper mix (scotch bonnet + red bell pepper)
  • 2–3 seasoning cubes
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups palm nut cream (or substitute with palm oil)
