Ingredients

• 1 box of WBP Golden Cornbread Mix
• 1 1/3 cups full-fat milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 3 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced OR one 12 oz can sliced peaches in juice (no added sugar), drained
• 1/4 cup turbinado or brown sugar
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• vanilla ice cream, to serve
