• Oven Temp: 350F/180C
• Makes 25-40 (depending on the size of the pastry cups)
• Maida (refined flour) 1 � cups (180 g)
• Castor or powdered sugar 1 � cup (360 g)
• Butter � cup (120 g)
• Cocoa powder � cup (65 g)
• Hot Water � cup (180 g)
• Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
• Baking Powder 2 � tsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp
