• 5 ml salt
• 30 ml sunflower or olive oil
• 15 ml white vinegar and / or fresh lemon juice
• Good pinch sugar
• ± 125 g Clover Feta Cheese (plain or with black pepper or herbs)
• 50 ml snipped spring onions
• 30 ml chopped mint
• Freshly ground black pepper
• Mint leaves to garnish
