baking recipe for Swedish Apple Cake

• 60g Sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla mixed with 1 tablespoon sugar
• 70g pastry flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1kg apples (about 7-8 medium)
• juice of 1 lemon
• 1 1/4 cups (300ml) water
• 150g sugar
• 1/2 tsp Cinammon
• 1 pack vanilla pudding
• 400g (1.75 cups) heavy cream
• 2-3 teaspoons cream stiffener (see notes)
• 50g dark chocolate shavings
