Ingredients

• Half bottle (375 ml, 1 1/2 cups) Korbel Brandy
• Half bottle (375 ml, 1 1/2 cups) Four Roses Bourbon
• Half bottle (375 ml, 1 1/2 cups) Zaya Rum
• Three 3-inch cinnamon sticks
• Zest strips from 1 orange
• Zest strips from 1 1/2 lemons
• 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 cups Turbinado Syrup (recipe follows)
• 3 cups Real California whole milk
• 2 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
