Ingredients

• 1 bag Organic Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
• ½ cup chopped roasted Hatch chiles
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 ½ cup milk
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cut into small chunks
• 1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
