Ingredients: 1 Mug; 4 TBSP of Self Rising Flour (use plain flour and 1/4 tsp baking powder in place of-that's what I did-who the hell has self rising flour in their pantry!?); 2 TBSP Sugar; 2 TBSP cocoa powder; 1 egg; 3 TBSP milk; 3 TBSP butter (melted); 1/2 tsp or so of vanilla; 2 TBSP chocolate chips I didn't have chips so I grated 4 Hershey Kisses.
