• 450 g flour
• 2 teaspoons rapid-rise yeast
• 1/4 teaspoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
• 250 ml lukewarm water
• 45 g zaatar
• 150 ml extra virgin olive oil
• 1 medium onion (peeled and finely chopped, 125 g)
• 2 medium tomatoes (rinsed and finely chopped, 200 g)
• 1 tablespoon pomegranate syrup
• 5-10 drops of Tabasco
