- 1½ pounds grapes (about 3¾ cups)
- 2 lemons
- 2 pounds Honey (about 2⅔ cups)
- 1 gallon Water (will not use much)
- 1 Packet Wine yeast
- 1 tsp Yeast nutrient
- 1 tsp Pectic Enzyme
- 1 Campden Tablet
- 1/2 tsp Potassium Sorbate (optional (for backsweetening))
- 1 pound Honey (optional (for backsweetening))
