  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 3 tsp. gelatin( dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water)
  • 200g(7oz)White chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
  • Strawberry's, for decoration
  • Extra OREO broken for decoration , if desired
