- 100g melted butter
- 375g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese , softened
- ½ cup caster sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 1 cup Cream
- 3 tsp. gelatin( dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water)
- 200g(7oz)White chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
- Strawberry's, for decoration
- Extra OREO broken for decoration , if desired
