Instant Pot® Buffalo Chicken – Rocky Mountain Olive Oil

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Butter Infused Olive Oil
• 1 1/2 cups hot sauce. We use Horsetooth Hot Sauce's This Little Piggy Hot Sauce
• 4 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder or 4 cloves of fresh garlic diced
• 2 teaspoons paprika
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup + 2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce
• 2 1/2 pounds chicken breasts
• salt and pepper, to taste
