Creamy Chicken Pasta recipe by Quick Simple N Easy Cuisine

Ingredients

• 500g packet pasta of choice
• 500g chicken fillets cut in strips
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 60g butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• ½ teaspoon mixed herbs or Italian herbs
• 1 teaspoon spice for rice
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 2 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 2 teaspoon green chillie paste or 2 teaspoon chillie flakes
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 tray mushrooms chopped
• ½ green, red and yellow pepper chopped in strips
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 500 ml fresh cream
• 2 cups milk
• ½ cup pasta water
• Add chicken, spices, garlic and green chillie paste.
• Add the mushrooms and peppers.
• Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
• Add cream, milk and pasta water.
• Add pasta and mix gently.
