Ingredients

• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2tsp backing powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp white pepper
• 1/4 tbs garlic powder all dry ingredients mix well sat a side
• 1/2kg chicken wings marinate with 1/2 tsp mustard paste
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp chilli powder mix keep it in fridge for 2hrs then fold in dry ingredients then deep fry
• 2tbs oil put in pan
• 2 tbs chop garlic when little golden
• 3tb ketchup
• 2tbs vinegar
• 2tbs honey
• 2tb sweet chillysauce(keffer lime leaves by suree product )put 2tb water
