- 300g (10.58 oz) blue cheese
- 300ml (10.14 fl oz) soured cream
- Juice of 4 limes
- 2 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1kg (2.2 lbs) Chicken wings
- 50g (1.76 oz) Sesame seeds, toasted
- Celery, washed and cut into sticks
