Ingredients

• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 heads of garlic, cloves peeled and halved
• 1 kg chicken pieces, skin removed
• Salt and black pepper
• 80 ml white wine
• 250 ml chicken stock
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tsp honey
• 2 tsp plain flour
• 1 handful of chives, chopped
