Death by Chocolate Icebox Cake – Eat More Chocolate Eat More Chocolate

Ingredients

• 1 14.4 oz box of Chocolate Graham Crackers
• 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 tbsp milk
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 8 oz cool whip (or homemade whipped cream*)
• 11 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (about 2 cups)
• 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
• 3/4 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• Chocolate sauce (I used this one)
• Mini chocolate chips
