- 2 thin slices of ribeye (NY Strip, sirloin, etc. can be used)
- 1 bag of potato crowns (or tater tots)
- ½ bag of frozen onions and pepper blend
- 1-2 tablespoons Blackstone Street Taco seasoning
- 2-3 tablespoons avocado and olive oil blend
- 10 oz of queso quesadilla cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- Pickled jalapenos
