• 150 ml / 3/5 C genmai amazake *1
• 2 thin lemon slices
• Lemon zest, 1/4 the amount from one lemon
• 1 T Kikkoman Light Color Soy Sauce *2
• 1 1/2 t butter
• 1/2 onion chopped, 80 g / 2.7 oz.
• 40-50 g / 1.4-1.7oz. slice of bread or baguette
• 500 g / 18 oz. ground beef-pork mix *3
• Lemon zest, 1/2 - 3/4 the amount from one lemon
• 4 t genmai amazake
• 1 1/2 t Kikkoman Soy Sauce
• 1/6 t salt
• 1 egg
• Olive oil
