Summer berry, basil and rocket salad | New World

Ingredients

• ¼ cup olive oil
• 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp honey
• 120g baby rocket
• 2 cups mixed berries (we used raspberries, sliced strawberries and blueberries)
• ½ red onion, thinly sliced
• Fresh basil leaves
• ¼ cup sliced or slivered almonds, toasted
