Double Chocolate Mug Cake - Cakes by MK

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp flour (regular all purpose)
• 2 tbsp white sugar (brown okay too - see note 1)
• 4 tsp cocoa powder
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• 1 pinch salt
• 3 tbsp milk (full fat preferred)
• ¼ tsp instant coffee
• ½ tsp vanilla essence/extract
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil (I use canola, but any unflavoured oil will work)
• 1½ tbsp 50% dark chocolate (coarsely chopped)
