Ingredients

• 1/2 Yellow Onion, Minced
• 2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
• 1 1/2 Cups Butter, divided
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper
• 1 Pound Ground Beef
• 1 Egg
• 1 Packet Onion Soup Mix
• 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
• 1/4 Cup Kethcup
• 1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsely
• 8oz Swiss Cheese, Cut into 16 Cubes
• 2 Packages of Biscuit Dough
• 2 Cloves of Garlic Minced
• 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
