Chicken Quiche recipe by Zaakira Ismail

Ingredients

• 1 cup Flour
• 3 tablespoons Butter
• ¼ teaspoon Salt
• 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
• ± 6 tablespoon Cold Water
• 1 small Onion - cubed
• ½ small Green pepper - cubed
• ± 5 Cherry Tomatoes - sliced
• 1 cup Chicken Fillet - cubed
• 1 teaspoon Ground Green Chillie (opt)
• 1 teaspoon crushed Garlic
• Salt to taste
• a dash of Chicken Spice
• a sprinkle of Dry Mixed Herbs
• a few grinds of black pepper
• ¼ cup Water
• 3 Eggs
• ½ cup chopped dhania (coriander)
• 1 cup Fresh Cream
• ½ teaspoon salt
• Cheese for the top - grated
• Sesame seeds (thill (sesame seeds))
