Ingredients

• 8oz tomatoes, seeded and diced
• 2 ripe avocados
• 1 red onion, finely diced
• 1 chilli seeded and chopped
• 3 tbsp chopped herbs, coriander or mint, etc
• 1 lime, grated zest and juice
• little sugar
• salt and pepper
