• 2 tbsp, olive oil
• 8, chicken drumsticks
• 4, spring onions, chopped coarsely
• 20g, fresh ginger
• 1 1/2 tsp, ground allspice
• 1/2 tsp, ground cinnamon
• 2, fresh long green chillies, chopped coarsely
• 1 tsp, cracked black pepper
• 2, cloves of garlic, crushed
• 3 tsp, finely chopped fresh thyme
• 2 tbsp, light brown sugar
• 1 tbsp, cider vinegar
• 2 tbsp, orange juice
