Ingredients

• 2 pounds fully ripe peaches
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 4 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 package (1 3/4 ounces) powdered fruit pectin
