Bruschetta Burger

Ingredients

• 2 cups Tomato vine ripened diced (1/4 inch)
• 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped
• 1 tablespoon Italian parsley chopped
• 1 clove Garlic minced
• 1/4 teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
• Basil pesto
• 2 pounds Ground Sirloin fresh
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• 4 each Rosemary Focaccia Rolls
• 4 Extra virgin olive oil
• 4 each Roasted red pepper slices (4X4 pieces)
• 2 4-oz each Fresh mozzararella cheese balls sliced in 8 slices
