• 1 ½ tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 1 large Gelson’s egg plus 1 large egg yolk
• 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 10 oz bittersweet chocolate chips
