Chicken Cacciatore With Mushrooms | Main Dish

Ingredients

• 4 Chicken Thighs, with skin and bones
• 2 Chicken Breasts, with skin and bones cut into halves
• ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour, for dredging
• ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
• ¼ cup Capsicum, cut into small dice
• ¼ cup White Onion, chopped finely
• Salt
• Pepper
• 5 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
• 2 cups, Fresh Mushrooms, trimmed & sliced
• ½ cup Dry White Wine
• 3 cups Canned Diced Tomatoes with their juice
• 2 cups Chicken Stock
• ¼ cup Capers, drained
• 1 tsp Ground Oregano
• 10 pcs Fresh Basil Leaves
• 4 spring fresh Rosemary
