• 1 cup coconut oil
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
• 1/3 cup dark raisins
• 1/3 cup golden raisins
• 1/3 cup dried cranberries
• 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
