Street Corn Dip | Kurpuis Family Recipes

Ingredients

• Approx. 1/2 bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
• Approx. 1/2 bunch of green onions, finely chopped
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup mayo
• 3 cans of canned corn (“southwest style” with bell peppers in it, or 2 cans of this + 1 can of fire roasted corn – up to you)
• 1-2 tsp cumin
• 1-2 tsp garlic powder
• 1-2 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
• Fritos (or chip of choice)
