• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups mini marshmallows, plus extra for topping
• 1/4-1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
• Brown M&Ms from 2 packages, for topping
• Flaky sea salt, Maldon, for topping
